Need more information .....tank specs, water test results, how long have you had him, what other fish are in there with him.....

he looks ok from that picture, a little shy or frightened maybe but not like he's on his death bed.

What is it doing, or not doing to make you think it might be dying? Are there any outward signs of disease?

He is with 2 clown fish 1 damsel 3 chromis and 1 coral beauty angel the ph is7.4 ammonia is 0.25 ppm nitrite 0 ppm nitrate 0 ppm

Your Ph seems a bit low, which is probably causing an ammonia spike
Angels are one of the most sensitive fish to poor water conditions ..
You also say you have a coral beauty ,,2 angels in one tank is not a good idea and usually don't work out in the long run..

^ yes. Even if he isn't sick he may be shy and hiding from the other angel. Have you noticed him getting picked on.

Sorry FTMMWS, I know off topic but your picture makes me say Go Kings Go! :)

Sort term in a store things may work, long term at home I doubt it. Unfortunately I think you will need to take one back.

I might put it in my 30gal because one already lost its fin

I think you should have done that a while ago..

Did agression just happen or has it been going for a while?
