Best treatment for bacterial infection (cloudy eyes)

Got a fish with a bacterial infection which is causing hiw eyes to be clouded over. Not too bad right now, but i want to try to remedy this before it gets bad. The fish is in my 120g reef and although i have a hospital tank set up catching him isn't much of an option. Any ideas on the best way to help him shake this thing. Oh yea and water parameters are good. Ammonia and trites are 0 and i'm showing just slight trates.

Thanx, thats a great site. Now that i think about it i did have a couple temp swings a few days ago. None more than a few degrees, but probably enough to cause stress. I had problems with a heater. I think he'll be ok because he is still eating great and is showing no other symptoms.
