Birdsnest won't extend polpys

I have had it since Sept the first few weeks it was fine now for months it only extends a little bit all other coral is fine its under 2 150w mh
Hears a pic ... Any ideas

Some more info might help:

What kind of lighting do you have?

What kind of flow do you have?

Is the coral in question in high flow, low flow, high light, low light?

What are your water parameters? (NO3, PO4, temp, pH, Ca, Alk, Mg)

What else is in the tank besides this coral? How is it doing? Any other issues?

150w mh and two 96w pc actinic ..two koralia 1050 power heads return is a quiet one 4000 with flow accelerator, nitrate 0 amo 0 nitrite 0 alk 10dkh oh 8.2 Sal 1.026 temp 80 cal 480 mag 1500 ...I have several monti caps 3 hammer corals a toadstool leather all coral is doing great great growth the caps about 1/8 inch a month ...birdsnest is in bottom of tank in moderate flow .....

I'd move it up higher. Give it more light and more flow. I get great growth on my birdsnest in high flow and Medium to high light.
