Black spots

My tank has been running fine for a number of years. I have not introduced any fish or coral for a long time. But for some reason, my yellow tang and purple tang have both got black pin head sized spots on their body. I think this could be Turbellarian Worms. I can't get photo to show you as they won't stay still for a photo.

Can someone tell me if I am correct in thinking this is Turbellarian Worms? Also how on earth could it appear in my tank? And what should I do to cure them?

Yes that`s what it is. Here`s a link for it.

I know some say a FW bath but I am not a big fan of FW baths. Have never seen any good come out of them. Just a stressed out fish that usually dies. I hope all works out fine.

Taking the fish out and treating with Formalin or a FW bath may help to relieve the fish. But do I need to fallow the tank for several weeks like in white ich?
