Black Spots on clownfish

This showed up 2 days ago on my clownfish. He is very active and eats pellet
foods and meaty foods soaked in garlic. Its only on him, the other fish are fine. My water quality is Nitrate - 0 ppm, Nitrite - 0 ppm, Ammonia - 0, pH - 8.2, Salt - 1.023. Water changes weekly (RO/DI Water) He's been in the tank for 1 year so far. Hes not rubbing or scraping the wall or rocks. What could this be. I head that it could be only a sting from corals and it will go away. What do you guys think.

Can you get a pic? If they are stings, keep an eye on him and keep your water pristine.

That was going to be my guess... assuming you have corals!

My O.Clown developed a couple dark spots a couple months after I put a platygyra close to his home. Nothing abnormal with him otherwise, and after a week or so they disappeared.
