Bloat Contageous?

Is 'bloat' contageous? I've got a tank full of fish with 1 Green Chromis with a red line (elevated) on his mid-lateral scales.

Maybe I should quarantine him?

Maybe, but could you give us more info on him. Is he eating, how long in the system, etc.
 
I would just keep water quality high and see if it doesn't improve in a few days. If it doesn't, come back. There are some other things you can do.
Many times things like this will clear up on their own.
 
Thanks. I've had to use tap water for top off lately but I will try to get RO/DI water since I have no filter yet.
