bloated royal gramma

Hello. I have a 75 gal tank that has been set up since February. So far, things have been going well. All levels are within normal ranges. Weekly water changes. I noticed yesterday that my royal gramma, which i've had for a couple months maybe, was hiding more than usual. I thought maybe she had gotten scared when I was cleaning the tank b/c I pulled some algae from her cave. But she has been shy today as well. She did come out more than yesterday and she did eat today. But, I noticed her belly looks a little bloated. No spots or any other noticeable problems. Any thoughts?
