I have three blue green chromis that I have in my 75 gallon. They are the only fish I have in their and they won't move from behind the overflow box. They hide there all day long. It's been almost two weeks and they still haven't came out. Any ideas??

They were plucked from the ocean and tossed into a few different tanks before yours. There's no guarantee they won't sit back there until they starve to death. All you can do is provide the best environment possible. I'm assuming this tank has already cycled. If not, and you are doing a fish in cycle, I would imagine they are hiding from the ammonia that is poisoning them. If so, then all you can do is hope.

It's already been cycled. Should I do anything with my lights to help them de stress?

keeping the lights off, and having minimal movement near or around the tank will help but its going to be their choice.
