so i just discovered ick in my blue hippo tang its swimming fine and eating fine but i see the parasites on it and was wondering what are some good ways to treat it i know a freshwater dip and will try that but what else. and he has already been qt'ed

Put him back in QT and administer Ick Attack or something. Do you have a UV sterilizer?

I would get one. Put him in QT right now before it spreads. Could it e possible that there is another fish in there that gave it to him? How long was he QTed?

has any one tried using garlic how effective is it

Use a little garlic and get a cleaner shrimp there about 50/50 at picking off parisites
