blue-linkia star fading

i have had my blue linkia for about two years and it looks like the colour is fading from his underside on two "legs" he is still getting around fine and tank levels are within normal range, it has been a bit hot lately, i have been keeping temp at about 27 C [they were 40 on new years day as we had a heat wave and 5 hour power failure the same day, and he was fine. ( i lost a clownfish and a leather coral but) ]

2 years for a blue linkia is real good... They say that most die after a year in a tank. So what ever your doing its working.
