bristle worms

Mine were like this, not great pic but them are ones from old tank so only got few in new tank but got one big one in rock that's in sump but don't think will last long down there as not alot food for him

I've seen these worms survive in a glass jar with just salt water. No aeration or filtration or anything. Also it was outside with the sun beating down on it. For 2 months before I just got tired of waiting and threw it away.
 
Those pictured are run of the mill bristle worms, that have had a lot of food made available to them. No threat to anything healthy.
 
Yeah I don't mind them, had aload from when first set up as over feeding and had in tank filter that they lived and bread behind
