bulb anemone spitting brown goop

i purchased a green bulb anemone and it floated around until it anchored to some lr and my pair of true clowns started hosing. its about the size of a jr size basketball. about 10 mins ago it shrunk all up and is about the size of a baseball and this brown stuff keeps coming out of it. is this how it gets rid of waste or is it sick? TIA
