Button polyps wont open

2. Standard bio cube 14 setup/ 10,000k daylight/actinic 03 compact fluorescent/ lunar blue moon-glow
3. Nitrate: 0
4. Calcium:440
5. Phosphate:0.25
6. Alkalinity:2.0
7. pH:8.1
8. Salinity:30
9. Temperature:78-80
10. Liquid or strip test kits: no
11. Location in tank: had them on live rock for few days, they were open for a week, now closed for 4 days, so I tried to move and still not opening
12. Current amount of flow: moderate amount
13. Current tank dosing regimen: Kent purple tech/kent tech cb/kent phytoplex/kent pro buffer/kent essential elements/ kent pro ammonia detox
14. Nearby coral: n/a
15. Explanation of problem: polyos will not open

lower your po4 by doing water changes and use some gfo , and raise your salinity to 35 or sg to 1.026.
I used to have money till I set up my reef.... Now all I have is a major addiction to reefing!
