Cabbage coral looks like it's been attacked

Need some help on my next steps on dealing with my sick cabbage/leather coral

Oh...well that guy is literally disintegrating. I had this happen to one and simply removed it from the tank and into the trash can.
But, to try to figure out what happened you'll need to tell us about the tank, lighting, parameters, any coral near it...every bit of info helps.
 
It's only happened to one part of it it's on a colony, so I don't wanna chuck it out just yet as most of its ok,

I'm running 165w leds 250 l Tank with skimmer n power heads, always used ro water n paras are good, Evan checked it in the dark at night n nothing anywhere neer it,

The closest coral to it is a bunch of pulsing Xenia

What is the light set at? It might simply have been burned by the new, intense lighting.
Was it acclimated to the new light?
What does 'good' mean for your parameters?
 
I changed to the led before I got the cabbage coral,

Salt- 1.026
Nitrate- 0.0
Phos- 0
Ph- 8.1
Ammonia 0
