Can anyone identify this on my Naso..?

Woke up to this "zit or pimple" on his face this morning...is it ick?
Just got him last Wednesday. He's definatly never late for dinner and has green algea to always feast on. Hasn't shown any signs of sickness.

Looks like it. Keep a close eye on him to see if it explodes. Feed him lots to keep his amune system strong...

Is it possible he was stung by my frogspawn? It's not coming out like it usually does today and there is a neon green tip in the sand right next to it...

I'm just seeing it from my phone, but that just looks like a scrape. Is it just one spot?
