Oh here goes I have a birds nest coral that lost all its color and is getting covered with algae.... Here is what I want to know a lot of the branches still have full polyup extension should I cut off all the dead stuff that has the algae on it and move the rest to a lower spot in my tank..... I think the light is to strong for it where it is at I guess I did not get it enough time to acclimate to my light..... but I really want to have this thing make it please help....

Sorry the pic don't look the best but it is white there is no color on it

I have had things that I thought was a goner but they come back.

Just an update I moved the birds nest to the sand bed and it really seems to be doing better now that its not getting blasted with 150 Watts of mh lighting not sure if it will make it but I figure this is worth the try

I am hopeful it will make it. And I like them to I really want a pink one but my lfs don't seem to ever have them
