Cleaner Shrimp

If my Cleaner Shrimp is cleaning a fish, does that mean he has some type of parasite/disease developing?

possibly, but most probably the shrimp is just picking off dead skin. Don't worry, the shrimp has everything in control :?

No, there is always something there for the cleaner to pick at. Mine pick at my hands- I hope I don't have ich!

Well the thing is that my Lemonpeel wants to be cleaned, swims up to my shrimps and just parks his breaks and waits...sometimes the shrimp will clean, sometimes the shrimp ignores him.
