clown acting strange...

my false perc is acting funny again, he is having these random sequences of twitching. just wonderin what could be wrong?

Random twitching... sounds like normal clownfish behavior to me.

thanks! hes also (mixed in with the random twitching) rubbing his sides in the sand now and then. normal as well?

does he have white spots.....rapid breathing.....swollen gills?

no white spots, sometimes breathes rapidly, dont notice any swollen gills.

is he in tank alone?

nope, hes with a diamond goby, and a firefish.

Sometimes fish do this to brush off sand or simply have an itch they need to scratch.

if the other fish are not exibiting any of these behaviors id just observe for a few days.

my other fish are hiding 75% of the time so its hard to observe but ill try as hard as i can to examine them when they're out.
