Clown fish eye cloudy

Light just came on and when I looked at the clown one of his eyes is cloudy can't get a good pic right now I'll keep trying

What would cause that? Nitrate 0 nitrite 0 ph 8.0-8.2

Usually not so perfect water conditions. I have seen it disapear with just PWC`s with quality RO/DI water. What type water are you using?

Amonia and nitrite? did u test, i would recomend pwc with ro/di daily until you see improvments in water quality, which means test water daily too if possable.
