Clown fish has spot

I all,

Noticed a spot on my crown fishes fin, tried to get a good pic of it but it was hard.
Anyone have a guess as to what it is? I have a pair but this one is the dominant one of the two....

can't tell from pic could be a fungus could be ich does it look like salt or cottonie
