Clown fish with bulging eye

Can anyone tell me whether this is pop-eye or just a general "black eye" that will go away in a few days? If it is pop-eye, can other fish in the same tabk catch it? How do I treat it?

Sure np. Pop-eye\cloudy-eye is usually caused by dirty water - high nitrates & phosphates.

Ok, thanks. Can it be reversed if parameters were incorrect? If I fixed the parameters up could the fish be healed?
