My false perc clowns have been in hypo since mid-November (I had a gramma with ich) and I noticed yesterday that one of them looks like he's losing some of his white stripe, like someone took an eraser and tried to erase some of the white on his side. Any idea what that's about?

are you noticing any other problems with the clowns like not eating or being lethargic?

Is it just discoloration, or can you see a "film" on the scales?

Not saying what you're seeing isn't a problem, but when I had my yellow clown goby in hypo, it lost a lot of it's yellow. Once I got it back up to normal salinity, it regained its color.

There are three and I believe they're as paired as three can be. One is large and two are small. They've been together for 6-7 years but I only bought the tank in September. It's one of the smaller ones that is showing a problem. The clown in question is otherwise acting normal. Maybe I'll try to get a pic to help show you what I'm describing.

A pic would definitely help.
Is this discoloration noticed after lights on or all day?
