So I've got a pair of juvenile clowns and one of them is more dominant than the other, he's been nipping at the other one and now the weaker one looks like he's got a few chunks out of his fins now.

Sometimes when he's chased, he tends to swim into the corner of the tank and swim against the glass for a while.

Is he going to be okay?

Is there anything I can do to help him?

They are establishing who is going to be the female and who will be the male in the relationship, with the larger who will get to remain female. This can be stressful and if not a healthy fish can be fatal, but this is a piece of nature that can't really be stopped. Pull the fish out and add a different one the same thing will happen.
Only thing you can do is make sure there is enough rock in the system so that it can get away and hide if it needs to. This will be in the 1 lbs per gallon rule for rock, but also making sure it is put together nicely with crevices and caves.
