clownfish thrashing around

I have 2 percula clowns in my tank and one suddenly disappeared after i got some algae off the glass with my hands, after searching for it for a while i began to move rocks around to look for it, to no avail. suddenly out of nowhere it comes zooming out from an unknown location. It is now thrashing about the tank when usually they are very calm. Its tail also looks like it might have been caught under a rock or something. Now i have no idea what to do. do i just let it go and hope its ok?

Just make sure your water parameters are OK. Pristine water conditions will help. Let us know how it goes.
