Combining treatments?

Hello all,

I've been treating two clowns for ick with copper for two weeks in qt and the smaller one appears to have a little fin rot (or is being bullied by the big one which I've witnessed during feeding).

If it is fin rot I assume it is from ammonia being present (cannot get it below .25 no matter how many PWC I do) along w aggression from big sis. So since I've already invested this much $ and time I'm thinking of treating w erythromycin. Is it ok to treat with copper and erythromycin?

Temp is 78
Sg is 1.020 (was told would make copper treatment more effective)
Ammo is .25
Nitrite is 0
Nitrate is 0

Well I didn't see anything that said not to so I just added the first dose we'll see how it goes lol.

Yep so far so good they are swimming around and eating good. second dose goes in later today.
