i thoght mine had ich so so netted him no problem,got kucky.(thought)put him in the quarintine tank and his eye went white and he was dead in minutes.what caused that

This may seem like a silly question, but did you acclimate him? Definitely sound like a water shock.

i had him for a week and noticed he had ich,yes i did acclimate him,is the ich in my tank now
