Coral beauty is flashing ! Help

So today my coral beauty angel started to flash and does this small almost twitch deal. The first thing that came to mind was parasite. So me and my friend treated the water with ruby reef safe rally. My other fish seem to be fine it's only the angel that is showing these symptoms. I do want to note he has lost some scales due to the flashing against the rocks. Today was the first treatment to the water with the rally.

Does he appear to have ick? I would start soaking his food In garlic and vitamins to boost his immune system till you find your what it really is.

Yeah that's a good idea . After the first treatment of rally he seems better. I will start soaking his food tho.
