Coral beauty spines

My coral beauty had 1 spine on each side near the gills. Now I am only seeing one spine on one side. Is this a problem? Will the spine grow back?

Missing fins and spines and other damaged areas will grow back with optimal water conditions. What are your water test results? Frequent PWC`s will help keep your water optimal.
