Coral beauty with white spot

Hi all

I have just noticed my coral beauty has white spot , my other fish don't seem to have it.
Any ideas how to get rid other than copper based treatments.
I dont have a qt tank and have invertebrate in there so can't use copper based.
Grateful for any help,

You can't really treat for ick without a qt tank . The only treatment besides copper is hyposalinity which also would kill your inverts. Best bet is getting a plastic tote or 2 and treating your fish in there.

When you say to treat it in the tote how long would I need to keep the fish in there for ?

The main tank needs to be fish less for 8 weeks and you treat with hypo until you see no spots for 6 weeks
