corals and copper ich treatments

I have 3 tanks. Im moving two of my sw tanks into my big tank. So i have been treating my small 10 gallon with copper ich treatments. I understand this will make coral sick. If i run carbon will it be safe to move the 10 gallon live rock and live sand into my bigger tabk or will the copper make the coral sick even if i ran carbon?

Copper will not all come out and copper and corals don't mix. I'd go all new live rock/rock and sand just to be safe.

Ok ill try that. Are there anything that will neutrilize copper like maybe some form of water conditioner?
