Crushed Anemone

Yesterday my little brothers friend came in my room when I was away and thought it would be cool to drop a rock on my anemone. Now it looks really bad which isn't surprising and is still really small. I was wondering if anybody has any advice or experience with a situation like this? And if it will or will not recover from this situation?

Do you have a quarantine tank? I would suggest atleast moving it to quarantine. I am sure that someone else will come along with some advice.

No I don't have a QT up right now plus I don't know if I wanna move him cuz he'll just get more stressed. Thanks you for the response and advice. just gonna have to wait it out and see
