Cupramine or hypo?

Which one is more efficent and less stressful? Cupramine or hyposalinity?

I have clown tang
purple tang
2 bblack clowns
flame angel
few gobys
and a blenny ------ all going into a 40 gal qt

can anyone help me decide which method to use>?

If treating for ich, I would say hypo. Any other parasite, cupramine.
