I bought this at the LFS for $35. Figured it was a good deal even though one of the heads was damaged. Worst case scenario it can be fragged off.

Is there anything I can do for I though before I resort to that? I know it's almost completely off the skeleton but the part still attached is healthy looking.

Looks like it is ejecting from that spot for whatever reason. Though I'm sure it is possible for a recovery, I have not personally witnessed such. Either way, you don't have to cut that piece off at all. I have several hammers, torches, candy cane that have dead heads in the colony. It won't harm them, just can be an eye sore.

that head looks to be getting ready to fall off , I have in the past had heads pop off my torch and also my hammer I placed each head on a frag plug and used a orthodontic rubber band to attach , they never grew new skeletons but they still live and thrive
