So i went out yesterday and purchased a cleaning crew. I woke up today and my Pepppermint Shrimp was already dead. Any thoughts?

How did you acclimate them? What are your water parameters?

Ditto... I would acclimate them using the drip method over a number of hours, as they are not only sensitive to water parameters but temperature as well...
Sadly some just die because they are too far gone from the shipping process.. did you get him from a LFS?
