So I picked up a Purple Condy anemone yesterday and it was/is small. It gas attached itself to the rock. (i think) I put it in a hole in the rock that fits it's whole foot in it. And for the last few hours it slowly deflates and inflates. It wasn't really sticky when I touched it, but I tried my best not to touch it. It is in a medium flow space and in a high lighted spot (Condys need high light) I have 2 strips of Coral Growing LEDS Blue and White. My tank is fully cycled.

Parameters:
Salinity: 1.024
pH: 8.2
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: <1

If it has attached its foot, that is a step in the right direction.
If not acclimated into the system, it can be shocked and take time to adjust to its new surroundings.

In the third pic it looks like its dying but the rest of the pics look like the anemone looks fine
