Hi all,
I seem to be having dramas with my elegance coral, it has removed itself from its skeleton and floated off around the back of my tank where I can't quite reach, if it's separated from its skeleton can it still be ok or is it pretty much dead?? Thanks for your help

Well separation isn't a definite death sentence, but its certainly not good. I've heard of them surviving for quite some time like that.

Roger that cheers for your input, I'll pop it in a hole and see how we get on, thanks again

How long have you had your elegance? Do you know if you have an aussie elegance or an Indonesian? The indos/jakartans are really hit or miss and the survival rate isn't great. Could be the specimen itself and not your tank.
