Feather Dust tube softed

The feather dust tube has become soft in the top part of it....The Feathers get out not as often.

What could it be causing the problem? Could be sick or looking to reveal a new tube?

Hey Welcome to AA!!

I wouldnt really worry about it. the tubes tend to get soft in areas. usually the worm will just make a new tube or add on to it to make it strong again.
