Fed my anenome a couple dew worms

I've had my Anemone For a couple years now and last night I fed it a couple dew worms I found outside in the dirt
And today it is about half the size it normally is
Is that bad? Or is it just full now so it's not reaching?

Those worms probably had dirt inside of them and are not something you want to be feeding an anemone. Hopefully it can expel it once it fully digests them.

Next time you try this clean them very well and pinch the worm with one hand and pinch with the other and run your fingers down it like your squeezing toothpaste out of the tube to expel eaten dirt wash again then feed
