Fin rot ???

My coral beauty seem's to have fin rot. The last few day's he has been devloping hole's in his tail fin. I don't believe they are bite's form the other fish ( false perc) What could be done to help this fish what would cause this. tia

Fin rot is most often atributed to declining or poor water conditions. However, diet can also play a small factor. If you have ruled out any bullying from tankmates I suggest a series of water changes using aged and aerated SW made with good RO/DI water. Can you post NH3, NO2, NO3, Ph, SG and temp?
