Fish question

My fish has recently developed little swelling on right side of mouth with a white color in the same area I have attached pic not the best. Also I found my snail upside down not sure if this is normal I flipped him over waiting to see if he climbs the rock.

The white stuff almost looks like a fungal problem. Water test results OK?

Flipped snail over to find brisal worms having it for dinner. Is it better to remove snail or leave in for the worms?

I dont ever remove them. I leave it for the CUC. Keep an eye on your clown. If it gets worse you might need to QT and treat with pimafix or something.
