Flame dead incased in white film

I noticed my Flame Angel was missing n I found him dead incased in a white film bubble. Is this bubble the natural process....or do I have a white bubble preditor

Bacteria biofilm decomposing the dead fish. Just remove the fish before it adds to your nitrates and phosphates.
