Flowerpot Coral not coming out...

I just changed my lamp in my tank to a 10k T8 bulb and now my flowerpot coral wont come out all the way. Does anyone have any advice, will this blow over?
 
I dont think you have enough lighting. They need some intense lighting like T5 HO lighting or MH`s.
