Fresh water dipped

And white spot by gills fell off ? What is it then? Clown has a couple on fins aswell ?

That's not ich, it's way too big. Looks more like lymphocystis. Usually improving your water quality by doing water changes more often will help cure it.

Now let me ask you they have spots on their fins too that look like ich not raised just looks like salt ...should I treat for ich also ?? Copper ??
