frog not opening

my frogspawn will not open i had trouble with corals before not my tank is cycled, PH IS GOOD CALICUM IS GOOD PHOPHATE IS GOOG NITRITE IS GOOD NITRATE IS GOOD KH IS GOOD AMMONIA IS GOOD WATER TEMT 78
HAD THIS CORAL ABOUT 4 DAYS NOW AND WILL NOT OPEN LIGHTING NOVA 4 LAMP T5HO 24W TO BULBS WENT OUT GOING TO REPLACE MONDAY
DOES ANY ONE HAVE A SUGGESTION FOR ME AND IS THAT KIND OF LIGHTING GOOD THANKS

It could be where its placed or the time of day in the tank.

The frog should be as high as you cab get it in your tank. After that dont move it. It takes a couple days if not weeks for corals to get usex to their new home.
