Frogspawn dieing

It looks like he is trying to get off of his frag plug is he dieing.

They usually retract when they are dying. I heard of mushrooms and some softies separting from their base when they are not happy (i.e. not enough light etc.) Might be too much current.Might try putting in a QT with reduced current for a while
 
Pictures look okay to me.. I have a frogspawn that has grown from 4 heads to about 9 now... they look open like that all the time when the lights are on.. if it was unhappy it would close up into its skeleton.

+1 if its dieing it retracts. If its not normal looking move it to different flow and light. Lps are not direct flow but like water movement.
