Fungus on Sebae Clownfish

I have a mid-sized sebae clownfish that has some patchy white fuzz on his body, I am sure it is fungus. Should I let this go, it is very mild, in hopes of it clearing up on its own. He seems to be healthy otherwise,

Also, can it spread to other fish?
