Gill disease i think?

My coral beauty has redness around its gills. In its current condition it will probably be dead within the hour. I've had no success in reviving a dieing fish. I've given it a fresh water dip for about 3 minutes and moved it to my refugium. I'm treating it with instant ocean lifeguard. Help!!!

Coral beauty somehow has slightly recovered. Before I did the fresh water dip the beauty was upside down in my DT. I was actually going to remove it because I thought it was dead. The fish is now swimming around and looks better except now it's tail fin looks bitten. I gave it a 5 min fresh water dip. Has anyone had success with a sick fish before and what medicine did you use?
