green bubble like under fin?

Hi this is about one of my least favorite fish so i not to worried but still worried cause i always worry about my fish but i have a lawn mower blenny with a green bubble like under his left front fin it kinda looks like bubble alage attached to him but as a lighter shad of green i thing its almost the color of that brick stuff chinease people use in thier art ( jade i think) lol any clues and do i need to describe this anymore?

tank

sorry forgot to tell about the tank its a 29 gal im upgradding to a 55 right now its cyciling i have 4 other very healthy fish in the tank 1 of which have been there b4 the blenny they are to false clowns and two devil damsels (auburn colors oh yea!!! did not ever notice that!! lol ) i have 2 20 wat lights i have live sand bed and live rock and a live plant that someone gave me that was took from the ocean i dont know the name but its from the keys it looks like a wide blade of grass and it has a new sprout coming up next the singel blade. my levels are ok low levels may have a high nitrate tho. i have a hang on filter and heater i also have a bad alage ifestation on my glass its round little circles puke green all over the glass i do my best to keep it faught back.

Is it an actual "bubble" that protrudes from the body, like a tumor, or just a circular coloration marking; iridescence? I agree that a clear pic will help.

i can try i got to find a cord to the camera to get it on to the computer and even better is if my mom didn't take the camera with her to Tennesse but it may take a while to find that cord but yea it looks like a bubble but its more like a growth i wonder if i could catch a pic on my camera phone but i know it would be even harder for a clear pic on that just hang with me a couple days guys check beck every so often to see if i get a pic.
