One of the three green chromis I have in QT has a lesion on it's lateral line. Picture below isn't good, but best I was able to get. Any ideas? Treatment?

Water parameters? The first thing to fogure out is if this is secondary to some type of trauma or if this an inceftion. It is difficult to tell from the picture, does the effected area appear to be an ulcer (deeper hole) or more of a superficial surface issue?

Treat the individual fish with this stuff until we can assess what may be wrong and how to properly treat the problem. It is an antiseptic and will help keep the wound clean. Wound Control is another, but may not be available any more. It would be best if you can isolate the fish into a hospital tank with half a dose of stress coat.

Water parameters are very important...numbers please.
