I had "Jonah" for only a day before I noticed a red mark on him. It got worse and I told my LFS owner about it. He says green damsels tend to get that and it's a flesh eating bacteria...and Jonah isn't gonna make it. this was in my 3 gal tank
Two days ago I got four green damsels (for my 50 not my 3! Haha)
These are from a different store and one of them has this same red mark that's getting worse!
Any advise out there? The LFS owner says its not my water and I didn't do anything wrong. They just get it...but really??? Two out of five? It must not be my tank since these two fish were in different tanks...is there anything I can do for the one in my 50 gal that hasn't died yet?
Here's a picture of Jonah and his boo boo.
